Alessandro Viola adopts a non-interventionist winemaking approach: spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites. On the label the denomination "Senza Solfiti Aggiunti" which is the Italian for no added sulfites.
Juicy red wine with aromas of ripe red fruit, cherries in alcohol, and balsamic notes of eucalyptus and toast. Soft, well-integrated tannins and balsamic freshness. Can be served with a slight chill.
