Note di Rosso by Sicilian wine master Alessandro Viola, is a natural red wine made from 80% Nero d'Avola grapes and 20% Syrah grapes farmed organically under the appellation Terre Siciliane IGT. Alessandro Viola adopts a non-interventionist winemaking approach: spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites. On the label the denomination "Senza Solfiti Aggiunti" which is the Italian for no added sulfites.
Juicy red wine with aromas of ripe red fruit, cherries in alcohol, and balsamic notes of eucalyptus and toast. Soft, well-integrated tannins and balsamic freshness. Can be served with a slight chill.
